2025 Graduation Ceremony Information

Information for guardians and students for 2025 Graduation

Congratulations! Graduation is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. graduation information is included below. Please call the Main Office for additional information.

 

Graduation Night
Arrival                                
Graduates must arrive no later than 4:00 p.m. to prepare for the 
ceremony.
 
Name Card 
Graduates will receive name cards upon arrival. Name cards will be handed to class advisors as you pass through the line to receive your diploma cover.   
 
Diploma
Graduates are asked to report to the gymnasium to pick up their diploma
immediately following the commencement exercises. Tables will be set up by the first letter in your last name, i.e. A-J, K-S, etc.
 
Attire
Inappropriate attire and/or behavior will result in the student not being allowed to participate in the commencement exercises. Corsage/flowers are not permitted. 
 
Banned Items
Students/families/friends are PROHIBITED from bringing items that may be disruptive to others. This includes but is not limited to, BALLOONS,  beach balls, streamers, silly string, and noisemakers.
 
Non-Participants
Although encouraged, it is not mandatory for students to participate in the commencement exercises. Students electing not to participate in the ceremony may pick up their diploma any day after graduation in the Main Office. Graduation Rehearsal
Rehearsal
Mandatory Commencement rehearsal will take place in the auditorium: Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. & Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. Graduates must attend both rehearsals to participate in the graduation ceremony.
 
Cap and Gown
Distribution will take place on Wednesday, June 11 in the Main Lobby/Auditorium following rehearsal.
 
Obligations
All obligations listed here must be finalized before Friday, May 30 to receive your cap and gown. Students must pay any current outstanding obligations and return all books, laptops, uniforms, library books, and complete all Naviance surveys, etc.
 
             
Seating Information/Tickets
Tickets
 Each graduate will receive 7 tickets. Two tickets are required for seating on the Jack Casagrande Field. The remaining 5 tickets are for seating on the bleachers.  The position of the stage has been reconfigured and the patio is no longer available for viewing the ceremony.  You must have a ticket to attend the BMHS Graduation.
 
Indoor  Ceremony
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the school’s  gymnasium. Due to limited seating in the gymnasium, two tickets will be allotted  per graduate.
 
Reserved Seating
If you and/or invited guests require handicapped seating and/or special arrangements on the Jack Casagrande Field, please contact the Main Office on or before Friday, May 30No special arrangements can be made after May 30.
